Mahon Rider McKay was once again a sponsor of the Cosimo DiBrizzi Celebrity Servers Dinner last night. This amazing event brings community leaders together for a fun evening of food, service, and friendly competition all to support a meaningful cause.
Funds raised benefit the Cosimo DiBrizzi Memorial Scholarship, which helps Hudson Valley students pursue their dreams in the culinary arts at the Culinary Institute of America, keeping alive the legacy of a beloved restaurateur and community figure.
We're proud to support opportunities that open doors for the next generation! Special shoutout to server Nicholas C. Lozito, Esq. for trading in his suit and tie for an apron.

Our annual Soup-er Bowl potluck was a hit! With crockpots lined up, strong participation, and a wide variety of soups and chilis, spirits were high and bowls were full. Proof that good food and even better company make any workday better.

Fear is a powerful motivator, but it’s a poor management strategy.
In our latest article, “Why Employers Should Not Manage their Workforce Out of Fear,” MRM attorney, Jeffrey Sculley, examines how anxiety over potential discrimination claims can undermine effective leadership, workplace morale, and productivity.
Drawing on history, case law, and real-world employment practices, the article encourages employers to lead with fairness, consistency, and confidence and not litigation phobia.
If you’re an employer or supervisor navigating today’s increasingly litigious
environment, this is a must-read.

Why Employers Should Not Manage out of Fear | MRM Employers should focus on fair, transparent, and ethical management practices rather than operating in dread of potential legal repercussions.
