We’re excited to feature Guatemala El Pacayal as our June single
origin. Grown on the beautiful El Pacayal Estate in San Miguel Pochuta, this coffee comes from rich volcanic soils in the South Coast Highlands of Guatemala.
In the cup, you’ll find a beautifully balanced and inviting profile — creamy milk chocolate that melts into warm, toasted almond richness, lifted by a bright tart cherry note that brings everything together with a lovely brightness. 🍫🍒☕
It’s smooth, comforting, and incredibly easy to love as your daily cup.

This month we’re especially proud that five cents from every pound
purchased goes directly to the Guatemala Children’s Burn Foundation — a cause started by the farm’s owner to support pediatric burn care for
children across the country.

Introducing the Xocomil Cloud—our featured beverage for the month of June.
Crafted by Matt, this drink is inspired by the rich & unique coffee-growing regions surrounding Lake Atitlán in Guatemala.
Built on a smooth cold brew latte and topped with a velvety layer of amaretto cold foam, the Xocomil Cloud is refreshing, creamy, and highlights notes of chocolate+nutmeg. Featuring beans sourced from the volcanic soils around Lake Atitlán, each sip brings out the character and craftsmanship that make Guatemalan coffee so beloved.
Stop by the tasting room this month and give it a try before June drifts away.

Last call for Honduras Gea ☕
Don’t miss the final week of this month’s featured single origin.
This month we’re featuring Honduras Gea — a beautiful single-origin grown by over 400 women producers across Honduras.
This coffee tells a story of resilience, collaboration, and quiet strength. The name “Gea” honors creation and foundation — a fitting tribute to the women who manage every step of production while leading their households and communities.
In the cup you’ll find deep, comforting notes of rich molasses sweetness, followed by warm clove spice and a smooth, nutty walnut finish.
This is coffee with heart and intention.
Swing by the tasting room this month to experience it fresh, or grab a bag online while it lasts.
