Due to the heat, the Lucky Dog people will be requiring a driver change every hour this race. This would put Ron 9:00-10:00, Scott 10:00-11:00, Steve 11:00-12:00, etc.

Saturday: qualifying starts at 9:00 AM PST, race starts at 10:00 and runs until 5:00. The anticipated order of drivers is Steve for qualifying and race start, then Craig around noon, Scott around 2:00, Craig again around 4:00.

Driver ID: Steve has white colored suit, white/black gloves. Scott has silver/blue/black suit, black gloves. Craig is all black :)

Sunday: race starts at 9:00 AM PST, runs until 4:00. Anticipated driver order is Steve for the first hour, then Scott, Craig, Steve.

Driver ID as above, except Steve will be wearing a grey/orange suit on Sunday, with blue and white gloves.

Hello Screaming Chicken family,

With a completely revamped video broadcast setup, we expect to be able to stream video of the Lucky Dog race all weekend - the first time we have video from the Ridge Motorsports Park. Video was up and stable all day yesterday during testing, although sometimes without audio.

The format this weekend is unusual, with a total of 5 races! Schedule:

Saturday 9/11/21:

9:00-10:00 AM qualifying (Driver Steve)
10:00-4:00 6 hour enduro (Drivers Steve, Scott, Craig in order)
4:30-6:30 2 hour sprint (Drivers Steve, Scott)

Sunday 9/12/21:

9:00 - 11:30 2.5 hour enduro (Drivers Craig, Steve)
11:50 - 3:20 3.5 hour enduro (Drivers Scott, Craig)
3:40 - 4:40 1 hour sprint (Driver Steve)

After evaluating the most recent reports from state officials about the current surge in COVID-19, the Sherwood Area Chamber of Commerce and Sherwood Cruisers have decided to cancel Cruisin' Sherwood scheduled for August 28th.

They feel with the recent surge in infections it was something they couldn’t ignore, even with exploring various options to minimize risk and exposure to volunteers and participants.
