Low-waste soaps, deodorants & balms. No harsh chemicals. Gentle on you and the planet. We are not a brick+mortar, but you can shop us online!

AI slop got ya down? Here’s a un-styled picture of our actual kitchen sink this morning, with our Lavender Solid Dish Soap, and compostable brushes. ☺️

Note how the soap is worn evenly on all sides — that’s because we flip it every couple uses! Flipping it prevents creating a “bowl” that traps water. You get more clean for your buck!

The amber glass bottle contains liquid soap we make for ourselves using Soap scraps. We use it for washing our hands.

⚘ Happy Spring! ⚘
We got some gorgeous new Swedish Dishcloth designs in. There's a super limited supply, so get 'em while they last!

If you haven't tried Swedish Dishcloths yet, they're pretty dang awesome. They are:
• Incredibly absorbent
• Super easy to clean
• Never stink like sponges or regular cloths do
• And they're compostable!
We personally use them for washing nonstick dishes, and wiping down all the counters.

Did you know we have compostable dish brushes? We do. And we need to remember to tell you about them more often because they're awesome.

They took forever to source because we're really freaking particular and ethically inflexible. That's neurodivergence for ya.

Anyway, they're also super comfy to hold which is extra important when you have grip issues like we do.

You can buy ours via the thing in the place that takes you to the stuff.

We keep forgetting to tell you about our CBD Relief Balm because we've been making it for so long. Once you've tried it though, you'll understand.

Lots of things claim to be CBD products, but they have very little isolate in them when you look into the formulations. We (Bee and Col) have multiple diagnoses that result in living with chronic pain. This balm came to be because we desperately wanted something that actually works. So, you can bet yer britches our balm is PACKED with CBD.

Is this you?
You'd love to stop sending so much plastic to landfills, but you're tired, and you also just need stuff that works well.
Guess what?
Our Solid Dish Soap is plastic-free, yes, but it's also heckin' gorgeous and works like a dream. And, AND—you're allowed to still keep liquid soap on hand for other stuff. You're allowed to use plastic-free stuff in some places and not in others. Still need your Ziplocks? We use 'em too. Don't make it weird. You're doing great!

"Every year for the past 4 years I get one for each member of the family. It lasts them for most of the year!! Including the two members who suffer from eczema and use it all the time. AMAZING STUFF!"

Not being on social media has done wonders for my mental health, but has had a negative impact on our sales. I was crossing my fingers, hoping it wasn’t going to make a difference in the slightest. I was wrong, unfortunately. But I have a plan.

I have to figure out a way to keep showing up authentically here — which is complicated, as someone who really prefers not to be perceived. I love our products. I believe in our products. My wife and I have been making them for seven years, and all we want is to keep making them.

I’m just tired of chasing algorithms. I don’t want to use trending audio. I don’t want to decipher which hashtags, how many hashtags, if any hashtags. I don’t want to pay attention to analytics, or watch our follower count dwindle whenever we mention that we’re queer/neurodivergent/disabled. Every other post on my feed is someone selling a course. I do love taking photos, and I even like making videos…but I don’t want every post to be forced into either a story or a reel because that’s what The Platform pushes. We get less engagement with 44k followers than we did with under than two thousand, so all the research I’ve done on these matters doesn’t seem to come into play.

Most people won’t read this far. If you did, hello! Maybe you too have been craving physical media, and favoring it over social media. I’ve only been off it for a month and I’m on my 8th book. I dramatically simplified my smartphone. I’ve watched some really gorgeous long-form content. I’ve been learning new things. I’ve been staying informed, but not to the point that it makes me feel frozen with fear every day.

So my plan is this: I will post here, to say hi and help everyone remember we exist. But I won’t be hanging out long — I hope you can understand. I will sometimes post a reel or a story, and sometimes just a photo like this one. I will sometimes use hashtags. Mainly I want to be able to answer questions, and show you what we make and how to use it. It might be occasionally redundant, and that’s okay. We’re just happy you’re here, and we want to keep making beautiful sustainable products for you.
