Might be warm this Saturday and you know what that means? SUNS OUT, WATER GUNS OUT!

Oh...and we have a new run of Rademon cards in case anyone cares about those. Anyone? I didn't think so...it's not like we have an IOU list or anything...

Another race another upgrade! Congrats to Jacob Gordon for nabbing win number 10 at our Gold Cup race Saturday! We are sad to see you move but keep spinning those pedals and come back and visit us!

Back to our regularly scheduled programming this week with a community open house before racing Saturday for good measure. Send your friends our way!

And I've said it before and I'll say it again: Novices are highly encouraged to attend (free) gate practice! this is how you get faster, get in those reps and turn into intermediates!

A bit slow on the posting this month but here is the June schedule. Open houses the next 2 consecutive Saturdays and no racing the last weekend of June as we all head down to Lumberjack nationals in Eugene!

Thank you to everyone that raced with us yesterday and for all the volunteers that help to make the race and the track happen! We had a few moments of rain during racing but the meteorologist mostly kept up their side of the bargain and gave us a great day after 1:30. I hope you all can hit Emerald Valley this morning and then Molalla this afternoon. Those crews have been working non stop on their tracks as well!

Someone recently told me they might stay home because there is a little rain in the forecast before the race. To that I offer:
- Our corners don't have sealer. You'll be fine.
- You'd have to dig up 2 inches of glue and rock before you find any clay. The track will be fine.
- Those pop ups you use to keep the sun off your head will also block water. We also have cool umbrellas for sale. Your hair will be fine.
- We have an arrangement with the local meteorologist - it's allowed to rain but not at race time. They usually shut off the rain just in time for the national anthem.
- You probably won't need sunblock! And would you rather have a little moisture or 105 degrees and a massive sunburn?
- If you stay home you give your arch rival first place points. That sounds like a terrible idea. Make your life easier in September by racing this Saturday.
- You are BMXers and tough as nails!
