These young men pulled up yesterday and told us they drove an hour just to try Beyond Soul. An hour!

Moments like this remind me that people are really watching, supporting, and spreading the word. We started with a dream, a prayer, and a whole lot of faith. To see folks traveling from different places just for a plate of food is something I’ll never take for granted.

Thank y’all for every share, every post, every recommendation, and every dollar spent. We see it, and we appreciate it.

I won’t even lie… I’m exhausted.

The ups and downs of owning a business are real, and sometimes they hit harder than people ever see.

Today, we had to shut down because the building became too hot to safely operate. I understand why the decision was made, but it doesn’t make it any easier. My staff, my customers, and this business mean everything to me, and another unexpected setback is tough.

There are days I wonder how much more I can carry, but every time I think about giving up, this community reminds me why I started.
