🌧️ A little bit of rainy weather would never stop our chefs from bringing the farm to table experience to the students of UD! For the first Supper Club of the semester, guests were treated to a gourmet menu filled with dishes made from local ingredients that were grown at the UD Farm. 🌱🐄

Students had a chance to enjoy Stracciatella & Heirloom Tomatoes and NY Strip Steak with Chimichurri. We can't wait to see you at our next event in October!

In celebration of National Hispanic Heritage Month, today we spotlighted Chef Abby Gutierrez at Pencader Dining. Abby was born and raised in Puerto Rico, and brings her heritage to every dish, sharing the flavors, traditions, and passion that inspire her cooking every day.

Today’s featured dish was Chef Abby’s student-favorite Beef Empanadas

Today’s Chef’s Table stretched out the summer vibes with a Jersey Tomato BLT inspired by President Carlson’s favorite seasonal sandwich.

The market featured local vendors, fresh & local seasonal fruits and produce, and sampling of apple nachos 🍎 with our Registered Dietitian Leigh Runyan.
