The Vailsburg Rescue Squad is proud to support this event by providing medical stand by services.

The Vailsburg Rescue Squad is incredibly grateful to the members of the EMS Council of New Jersey, who took time out of their busy schedules to come and inspect our ambulance last night. We are also grateful to all of the squads that donated supplies to help us stock the rig and especially to South Orange Rescue Squad for allowing us to use a bay in their building for the inspection. By the way, we passed!

The Vailsburg Rescue Squad is proud to introduce the newest bike to our Motors Division. Thanks to Kelby Brookens at Twigg Cycles for the 2023 Indian Pursuit that now serves the citizens of Newark.

It is Lifeguard Training season. We are working on our third course of the season at summer camps. It is not too late to have us come to your camp.

CPR and AED is imperative for those that may run into a situation where these methods are needed to increase the rate of survival during cardiac arrest. It can be your family members, your friends, or someone you run into on the street or at an event. Knowing CPR can potentially save lives and this week Safety First would like to celebrate and raise awareness to CPR and AED use all around the world.
