EL PERDÓN: PASO A LA LIBERACIÓN ✨ He transitado, como muchos de ustedes, por momentos de dolor en mi relación con distintos vínculos: incluyendo padres, familiares, parejas, compañeros de trabajo, amigos o vecinos. Situaciones que, en su momento, parecieron injustas o hirientes. Con el tiempo comprendí que no siempre hubo una intención consciente de lastimar. Cada persona actúa desde su propia esencia, persiguiendo su propósito de vida. Lo que para unos es “bueno” o “malo” depende, en realidad, de la mirada de quien lo recibe. El problema surge cuando guardamos resentimiento y dejamos que el pasado nos encadene. Esa carga nos roba energía, nos amarga y nos frena en nuestro camino hacia la plenitud. 💡 El sufrimiento no está en lo que nos hicieron, sino en cómo decidimos reaccionar. No siempre podemos cambiar lo que ocurre afuera, pero sí tenemos el poder de elegir cómo nos afecta. El perdón es el escudo y la llave. Cuando perdono (y me perdono), cierro las puertas al dolor y dejo de ser víctima. Recupero el liderazgo de mis emociones, libero el poder que una vez le cedí a la ofensa y hago espacio para la paz interior. Hoy te invito a hacer dos listados: ✍️ Uno con aquello que sientes que hiciste mal. ✍️ Otro con las acciones de otros que te causaron dolor. Ahora reconoce que todo lo que ocurrió fue permitido por Dios, el Universo, o como quieras llamarle, para tu crecimiento. Quema ese papel, entiérralo o suéltalo al viento.
