Aligner not sitting flush against your teeth? Meet your new best friend: the chewie.
These little foam cylinders do one simple job really well. Bite down on them for a few minutes a day, moving them around to each section of your mouth, and they press your aligner snugly into place. That tight fit is what keeps your treatment on track and moving on schedule.
A few quick tips:
Bite gently and steadily, no need to clench hard.
Work front to back so every tooth gets even pressure.
Use them right after you pop in a fresh set of aligners, when seating matters most.
Keep one in your bag, one by the sink, one wherever you'll actually remember it.
