Next up is a local Delaware boxing OG, professional, all around great person, Schmelle “The Real Deal” Baldwin!
She teaches her craft on Sundays, bringing old school, traditional boxing knowledge gained over 17 years in the game. Her Sunday morning sessions @ 9:30 am are a gym favorite, people love her teaching style and you will too!

Training under and working with fighters and fitness enthusiasts here at Knockout, Zach’s one of our evening instructors and his classes have been a huge hit! 2025 was another great year for Knockout, I believe our coaching is always improving, our clients have seen tremendous improvement and success, and I’ve found some good people to to help push the plan even further for 2026.
Closing out this year with a huge thank you to all my clientele, my friends, and especially my family! 2026 is going to be even bigger…and I’m chomping at the bit to go.

has been putting in the work over the past year. Day in, day out. Down to just over 200 from 235, he’s also improved his HRR (normally around 47-49), his resting Heart rate is lower and his V02 is much higher.
Complete and total life change, way to go bro.

Single leg movements, like pistol squats, are a huge strength and balance builder. Using a tool like the TRX to assist with learning the movement helps with building foundational strength.
Our clients enjoy the benefits of the cardio aspect of boxing with the strength and conditioning side of scholastic sports.
