Our clients said they wanted lower cost AV and Production Support for their out of town events, and a smaller AV foot print in their space constrained meeting venues on campus. CVS responded with our new VIPS offering that addresses both needs. VIPS is short for Virtual Interactive Production Service, and it delivers lower cost AV support for events away from your main campus, as well as a smaller production footprint and lower costs for events on campus. We accomplish this by taking advantage of the huge internet bandwidth investment that both CVS and our clients have made. With big bandwidth, you can do big things and think outside the box. There is no more need to bring it all onsite. The bulk of our production equipment and team can now operate out of a control room at our Hayward CA headquarters. We send a much smaller team with a small foot print of equipment to the event site. A small table (see below), a couple of chairs, and a camera or two is all we need in your event room. The rest happens in our control room, which requires no set-up, no tear down, no trucking, and no travel for the bulk of the crew. Our remote team switches cameras, screens, confidence monitors, mixes audio, blends in remote presenters, controls slides, plays videos - all from hundreds or thousands of miles away. Using new powerful, high bandwidth - no delay - two way transmission technology now available on popular collaboration platforms - our approach makes use of existing big bandwidth and firewall ports already open on a corporate campus. The result is a smooth running event and broadcast that is lower in cost, has a much smaller foot print in the venue, and takes advantage of the huge IT investments your company has already made. We just upgraded our truck fleet to include a new International 20ft truck! This baby will more than double our load capacity when hauling AV gear out to the bigger events we find ourselves at in 2026. It fits nicely indoors in our new expanded warehouse in Hayward CA - where we have tripled our warehouse space to house the ever growing aresenal of high end AV gear that helps make our shows a success for our clients. Our new location also houses an upgraded virtual studio, where we can remotely produce meetings and events located just about anywhere - while saving our clients the cost of transporting gear and crew to their event locations.

It does not happen often enough, but we finally got most of TEAM CVS together in one place for a nice post holiday gathering. 2025 was a year of strong growth for us, bringing our total employee count to 18 (16 pictured). Not to mention the dozens of freelancers that join us regularly!! I can't be more proud of this group of fine people who deliver one successful event after another for our clients. Our group of Rockstar Audio Engineers all received training on our new ClearCom Arcadia system to kick off 2026. This new sophisticated crew comms system gives our production teams tremendous power to communicate with each other and clients - both wired and wireless - and both in the venue and around the world. Proper training insures that our crews arrive on the job knowing how to use new gear - not arriving on site and having to learn something new under the constrained schedule of a set up day. All part of reliable production planning!

Another day in the corporate event production world. Our custom designed event production and webcast system is so efficient, we go onto a campus event site and are broadcast ready in 4 hours. When the event wraps, were packed and gone in 2 hours. Every one a flawlessly delivered experience for both in room and remote attendees. No fuss, no muss ... just trouble free perfect events every time. We love what we do!!

Our good friend and CVS Team Member Aurora Soria lost her home, all of her personal possessions, and her beloved kitty in a tragic 4 alarm fire in San Francisco on June 6th. Thankfully, Aurora is safe, but devastated. She has been a member of the CVS Team for several years, and she has been in the Production Community at Google and Cisco as well.
