All roads have led to this. This moment is the result of years of ongoing struggle. Entire generations have grown up in uncertainty, with families living under the constant fear of separation. Now, that struggle has brought TPS families to the Supreme Court. For many, this is a turning point that could determine whether more than 1.3 million families stay together or are torn apart. Decades of contributions and lives built in this country are on the line. This is a life-defining moment for hundreds of thousands of families. With anxiety, but without fear, the TPS community stands resilient, united, and determined.

Update on Cristofer: At 6:00 AM this morning, ICE began moving Cristofer from Strafford County Jail in New Hampshire to Louisiana (a deportation flight hub for ICE). FLOOD the lines of our senators, Andy Kim and Cory Booker, demanding they call for his immediate return and release today.

Join us for a youth-led community gathering uplifting immigrant voices and calling for dignity, safety, and justice for our immigrant community. This march centers young people organizing in solidarity with immigrant communities and standing against harmful detention and enforcement practices carried out by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Everyone is welcome to attend.

AFSC NJ will be launching an emergency cash assistance fund to support families affected by detention and deportation - in addition to rapid responses who are observing ICE's actions.

Two ICE jails in NJ is already two too many—we can't let there be a third. Call and email Dalfen Industrial to stop the expansion of ICE jails in New Jersey. Dalfen Industrial is the private company that owns the Roxbury warehouse that ICE toured in January.

El lunes, los legisladores de Nueva Jersey avanzaron tres proyectos de ley que ofrecerían a nuestras comunidades una protección crucial frente a la aplicación de las leyes federales de inmigración. Los proyectos de ley se volverán a considerar el 13 de enero.

Bill A6310 garantiza el debido proceso para todas las personas de Nueva Jersey y limita la colaboración de nuestras agencias del orden público con ICE.

Bill A6309 protege los datos de todas las personas residentes de Nueva Jersey y evita el uso indebido de información personal.

Bill A6308 mantiene a ICE fuera de las escuelas, los hospitales y otros proveedores de servicios esenciales.
