Who wouldn't want a Rutgers parade in their honor ? Students from the Scarlet Council and the Teaching Annual Giving (TAG) Team threw a pop-up parade for a Rutgers alumna and a current student who exemplify what it means to be scarlet forever. Even the Scarlet Knight and Rutgers cheerleaders joined the celebration!
