January to December… a full year of growth.
January to May, I stayed consistent. June to now, I slacked… but I feel that urge to get back on track. By next May, I’ll be turning 40! 🎉
Life has ups and downs, but what really matters is that we get back up every time. I’ve been hard on myself for slacking, but the truth is… I wasn’t doing anything about it. Now, it’s time to set my new year goals, level up, and be better than yesterday. 🖤
Ps. In the course of the year I went to crunch, Edge & the ymca.

Lately, I haven’t been as consistent with fitness content—new job, new routine, and honestly… just life.
But this season is teaching me something deeper:
💫 Discipline is powerful, but so is balance.
I’m learning to smile through the shifts, enjoy the little moments (like Friday night dinner with friends 💛), and embrace the reality I’m in.
Not perfect, just present.
Not always grinding, but always growing.
Happy. Blessed. Still on the journey. 🌿
