Gm crew! I'm motivated. Are you? I work out everyday so that I can shed off these pounds, but most of all stay healthy.

I know it's hard sometimes to be/get motivated;especially when you've fallen off and are disgusted with yourself. But, why stay stuck and be even more disgusted or discouraged? You have to start somewhere. Why not now? Why not meet yourself here - today, where you are?

That's why I post this status and others; to encourage and motivate you. Move that body! Walk! Jog! Jump! Hop! Skip! Do something! You can do it!!!! Let's go!!!!

My brunch for today. Due to being extremely busy, I've gotten off of my diet. But, I am back and am sticking to it this time. Here in this video you see me making my creative smoothie, which I call Nutty Raspberry-Banana Mango Smoothie. Everything is natural. The raspberries are organic and the Allmond milk is free of dairy and soy (Gluten free), as well as I is unsweetened. This smoothie is rich in vitamins (A, D, & E) and provides a great source of calcium (Vitamin C). I'm back crew!!!!! I just got off the treadmill. I burned 104 calories in 24 minutes. I must stay the course to shed off the pounds. My goal is to lose 20 pounds. What is/was your goal? Your recent accomplishments since settling them? Please share. Let's go crew!

I'm elated to report since my change of diet and exercise regimen which I started two months ago, I've lost 1 1/2 pounds. A little at a time, but, It's working!

Baked Eggplant, Garlic shrimp with water. The fruit in my water consisted of peaches, strawberries, lemon and lime.

Grilled veggie burger on flourless bread, baked eggplant and vegetable salad. My nutritionist took me shopping the other day and taught me how to shop the healthy way. The flourless item is sprouted 100% whole-grain. No trans fat. I will be sharing more soon of my recipes and more of my nutritional food items that I have in storage suggested by my nutritionist.

I thought I would share my first ever made smoothie. I'm used to juicing. But, I'm loving the smoothie thingy.
I named it Mango, Raspberry, Blueberry, Banana Smoothie - not yogurt. I said yogurt by a mistake. Lol
