Hello all! I was hoping to be posting a holiday menu again this year and show of some favorites from past menus and some new ones. Unfortunately, due to the last year of having some financial issues that were out of my control I am taking this holiday season to refocus, rebuild and come back in the New Year. I may end up doing a NYE menu I have tossed the idea around, but for now going to try to start 2025 off better than how how 2024 has gone. Happy Holidays to you all

Hello all!! It's been a crazy summer from work, taking care of a family of stray cats, and doing some personal soul searching. Along with that I discovered unfortunately I am now allergy to walnuts and pecans. With that news, I have decided to change Off The Script Bakes into a tree nut free zone!! I know there are others put there that have this and we should be able to enjoy our sweets without worrying about cross contamination!!! I am also finally going to be doing some fun bake with me videos and trying new recipes out that replace tree nuts with something else and finally get to share more of my love for pastry. Thank you all that have supported me throughout the years and I am ready to share so much more with you all!!
