Volumetric time-course analysis of chemotherapeutic dose-response in 3D hydrogel embedded cancer spheroids using VitroPrime™ 3D Culture and Imaging Plates together with CYTOQUBE light-sheet microplate cytometer.

This work tracks oxidative stress, apoptosis, and necrosis in U87 3D cultures over 96 hours using an integrated workflow combining 𝗩𝗶𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗚𝗲𝗹® 𝗚𝗕𝗠 𝗫𝗲𝗻𝗼-𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗘𝗠𝗧 𝗞𝗶𝘁, 𝗩𝗶𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗲™ 𝟯𝗗 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀, and Hamamatsu's 𝗖𝗬𝗧𝗢𝗤𝗨𝗕𝗘 light-sheet technology, with dose-dependent cell death confirmed at TMZ concentrations known to be toxic to GBM cells.
