5- course private chef dinner in Wilmington, De. Highlights included Tuna, lobster & prosciutto amouse bouche. Filet mignon, slaw & grilled peaches. D’artagnan duck breast. Finished with a chocolate swirl cheesecake with balsamic berries. A great night INDEED !!
