Move your body. Free your mind. Plug into joy.
Join us for a one-of-a-kind sunset silent disco experience by the water! With three curated channels of music, wireless headphones, space to dance freely, and lawn games like volleyball and co****le, this event is made for connection, play, and good vibes.

🎧 What’s Included:
• Wireless silent disco headphones (3 music channels to choose from: chill beats, dance/techno hits, and primal pulse)
• Sunset views over the water
• Access to beach volleyball if the courts are free (we will provide volleyballs) & co****le
• A relaxed, community-centered evening outdoors

Because there’s nothing like dancing with nature as your backdrop, your feet in the grass, and your favorite song in your ears. Whether you're solo or with friends, this experience invites you to move your body and reconnect, with yourself, others, and the earth.

The location of this beach class is going to change from time to time so it’s important you’re in touch with Sophia or Amanda to make sure you are up to date on where the class will be held each Saturday.

Introducing Amanda, the founder and creator of LuvMoves. She creates fun HIIT workout experiences on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s in the park where you feel grounded and spacious to discover how your body most wants to move to support your ENLIVENING!

Amanda believes that ENLIVENING our bodies through movement is one of the most RADICAL acts of SELF-LOVE one could ever show themselves in a world that is constantly trying to distract you, consume you and numb you out.

All beings are welcome in all of our classes, we look forward to working out with you!!
