Yesterday was nothing short of inspiring and amazing. It’s was truly an honor to be in the room💓🙏🏾
The Delaware Legislative Women’s Caucus held our first meeting of the season, and I was grateful to help kick things off with a powerful conversation on menopause. Many people hear that word and think it only affects older women, but menopause is actually an umbrella term for a full journey with three phases: perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause. Women can experience symptoms far earlier than most realize, and men can be impacted as well.
