Sooooo many new books in the children’s wing today! 🌸 📚 🌱

Happy 2nd Birthday to Wedgewood Library! Just in time for the big day, we partnered with New Castle County Executive Matt Meyer to bring you the brand new Children’s Wing! We hope you come out and visit and pick up your next great read! 📚 We also added a combination seed library and dog treat station to the other side, so if you’re looking for seeds to plant or pets to spoil, we have got you covered there too!

Wedgewood Library is expanding! Thanks to a grant from New Castle County Executive Matt Meyer, we’re adding a children’s wing! It’s a library attachment that sits a bit lower and is more easily accessible for kids. Stay tuned for more information about its arrival!

Thinking of planting a garden this year? If you need seeds, I’ve added some packets to the library! Happy gardening!

Happy Earth Day! Here are a few new books in the library today. 🌎 📚

Lots of new books in the library today! I had never heard of the lying series but it sounds really good! We’ve also got some classics with A Separate Peace and Pippi Longstocking and some that were adapted into movies like Hidden Figures and Hillbilly Elegy. Get them before they’re gone!
