The idea of entrepreneurship is so exciting in the beginning for most people. However, the romantic aspect of it disappears once you dive in to the whole experience of building, creating, developing your business and dealing with ups and downs down the road. Today, we have the pleasure of getting some insightful tips from Irina Kanaeva owner of .kanaeva.studio

As a business owner, coach and designer, Irina shares these 3 tips to stay motivated and succeed in your endeavors:

1. Consistency: I made the biggest mistake in my business by not taking this part seriously. Consistency has a compound effect that will help grow your business, but the lack of consistency can also be compounding by forcing you to start over and over again if you don’t make even the smallest step on a regular basis.

2. Like-minded people: iThe people you surround yourself with are very important. If you surround yourself with people who don’t have same or similar goals as you do, it’ll be hard to achieve your goals.

3. Self-support system: Entrepreneurship will take you through a roller coaster of experiences, feelings and emotions. Those challenges make people want to give up on their dreams. However, when you have your own way to cope you can go through it as a winner. As for me, I use Irina jewelry to help me stay focused, positive and it gives me boost of confidence when needed.

Entrepreneurship is a beautiful journey when you have the right tools to deal with challenges that it brings with it. Only you can make it a wonderful journey or a nightmare of your life, it just takes one decision to make 😉
