Wine Fuss

Château Lynch-Bages Pauillac 2020 is a terrific fifth growth red from Bordeaux that would truly benefit from another decade in the bottle, yet enjoyable today. On the nose you find blackberry, black currant, dry earth, cedar and violet, which follows the wine to the palate. It pairs delightfully with a grilled New York strip that comes with a warm pearl onion tomato mushroom salad and roasted potatoes alongside with bone marrow bordelaise sauce. Exquisite!
