‘nade Thai salmon has 🤤. Recipe below:

Ingredients:
-salmon (2-3lbs.)
-1 tbsp garlic salt
-1/2 cup to 1 cup of
-1/2 sweet onion (sliced)
-1 tbsp sesame seeds
-1 tbsp butter.
✨GOLDEN Rules:✨
1. Preheat oven to 380°.
2. Place salmon on baking sheet, season with garlic salt, & brush with . Let marinate for 15-20 minutes.
3. In skillet add 1 tbsp butter and your onions. Sauté on medium low heat until desired carmelization is reached. Drizzle in some

🍴Seared salmon over quinoa🍴 Perfect for a night in or to add to your meal-prep repertoire, this protein-packed dish will keep you feeling full long after you’ve licked your plate clean. Recipe below 👇

•Serves: 1
•Prep time: 15 minutes
•Cook time: 10 minutes
•Difficulty: 🍳🍳

INGREDIENTS

6 oz salmon, skin-on, pin bones removed — ask your butcher to remove them!
2 tbsp oil, any type
salt
black pepper
½ cup quinoa, uncooked
1 cup water
‘nade

DIRECTIONS

1. Combine quinoa and water in a pot and cook, covered, on simmer ‘til tender.
2. Season to taste. Hold warm until ready to eat.
3. Preheat sauté pan to medium-high heat.
4. Season fish with salt and pepper.
5. Pour oil into pan and place fish, skin side down, gently pressing flat for about ten seconds. Let cook for 3 minutes or until skin is lightly golden and crispy. Flip and cook for 1 more minute, allowing fish to cook through.
6. Spoon cooked quinoa onto the center of your plate and place fish on top.
7. Spoon ‘nade over fish and enjoy!

Ground Chicken Lettuce Wraps!🍗🥬 by (recipe below)

“Only a few ingredients & they came out so yummy. We didn’t have any left for leftovers!.
Ingredients:
-1 lb. lean ground chicken
-1 head butter lettuce
-2 tsp garlic salt
-1 tsp pepper
-1/2 onion (chopped)
-1 tbsp olive oil
-1/2-1 cup
-1/3 cup crushed peanuts
-2 tbsp chopped scallions
-2 tsp sesame seeds
-1/2 cup carrot matchsticks .
✨GOLDEN Rules:✨
1. In skillet add olive oil & toss in chopped onions. Sauté for 3/4 minutes.
2. Add in ground chicken. Season with garlic salt & pepper. Break up with wooden spoon.
3. Add in to your liking. Combine & cook until done.
4. Add in crushed peanuts, chopped scallions, & sesame seeds.
5. Put spoonfuls of ground chicken into butter lettuce wraps & add carrot matchsticks on top.”
