I became a loyal customer when a manager used rock, paper, scissors.
And it ended up being a masterclass in value and community.
I went to 2 UPS Stores within 5 minutes of each other, and the difference was unreal!
Store #1:
Employees were sitting around, disengaged, uninterested, and repeating “We’re a franchise, we don’t take Amazon returns.”

I couldn’t leave fast enough.

Packed. Busy. A line out the door.
