- Assistance with food shopping
- Medication Pickup
- Assistance applying for SNAP, Temporary Assistance and Rental Assistance
- Referrals to doctors, Home Health Aides, or Physical Therapy
- Assistance in enrolling into Managed Care Insurance Companies
- Emotional and social support services
- Nutrition classes
