New Wading Pool for WCC - Beach Club, construction to start after Labor Day.

Additions to Munsey Park Elementary School is the first large project I work on as an employee of Architectural firm. My position was Project Architect after the design was approved by the Village of Munsey Park, I refine the design, prepare the construction documents and preformed architectural construction review.

We renovated the exterior surfaces of the Veterans Memorial Building, Harrison, NY. Working included Roofing, Drainage, Trim, Lighting, Doors, Windows and Rehabilitation of Stain Glass Windows.

A project recently completed in Harrison, NY. I was retained as the Architect Consultant.

Completed the renovations of Pool #2 and #3 at WDS, with Covid and supply issues this project took longer than we had projected.

Pelham Country Club's new Zero Entrance Wading Pool was completed for the 2020 season. We provided the Construction Documents for this new Zero Entrance Wading Pool for the design Architect and the Westchester County Health Department approvals. Clubs are replacing their out of date Wading Pools which don't provide the required access or comfort for toddlers to older children who not ready for the Main Pool depths as this pool does. The last photo is of the Wading Pool that was replaced.
