CNR Student Nurses Association
Our vision is to see everyone who started the program fulfill their dreams, and go on to further their education and become leaders in the nursing profession.
The SNA at The College of New Rochelle fosters the growth and development of fellow classmates by providing them with the tools and the information they need to become efficient nurses and leaders. Oh, have we've grown. Do you remember Zena Jama, SN'12? She and her classmates will be celebrating their 10 Year Reunion. It seems like only yesterday she was filming this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=maGXvcIZTSA.
What is she up to now? In her own words:
“I worked as a critical care RN at Garnet health medical center in Middletown NY from 2012-2019. In 2019 I graduated as a family nurse practitioner and since then I have been working as a cardiovascular nurse practitioner with Middletown medical. I recently relocated out of the state after getting married!”
