We all want the best for our children. We want them to grow into strong, healthy adults, but today our children face more obstacles than ever before. ADHD, allergies, type 2 diabetes and childhood cancer are increasing. This generation is the first generation that is expected to not live as long as us. We have to do all we can as parents to protect our children. What we feed our children builds their foundation of health. As parents we need to be more knowledgeable about the health care system, the body system and what nutrients are valuable for proper development. When a child is sick it is best to feed the child food that will strengthen and help the body fight off the illness. Not knowing how the body works and what it needs puts you at risk of being misinformed and will keep your family sick.
