It will take discipline and consistency, which are my two main focus for this week. Are you ready to make it yours as well? Let's do this together. Whatever you goal is focus on it and get it, I don't care what it is, diet, gym, read a book. Lets focus on consistency & discipline to turn a routine into habit. It starts now, lets go!!!

Keep your faith and goals aligned!

Last week asked a very interested question. Would you like to have unlimited hustle or unlimited patience?! I think I'd go for patience, you can have all the grit you want in my opinion, if you do not have patience you will start burning out, trying to cut corners, pulling some scheme Eddie s**t! Do the right things day in and day out and eventually you will outwork everyone that will quit along the way. everyone!

Eliminate all the noise around you, specially the noises you cannot hear. What the heck did I mean by that? I mean everything that takes you away from your path. It is hard enough to try to overcome and control s**t that is thrown your way so please do not sabotage yourself by minding what other people say about you.

Most people will not believe you will ever reach your dreams, they will laugh, they will roll your eyes. Shut them up with success! Smile, keep your head down and grind baby, grind!

Today I challenge you to write down a 10 item checklist for stuff you want to accomplish next week. Get it!!

It will always boil down to the work that someone delivers towards their goals. There's no lucky on the business game, everything is a reflection of your preparation. It is the outcome of everything you do on the side line that matters. Think about a gymnast competing on the olympic games. This athlete prepares their entire life for seconds to minutes of performance. There is no luck involved when they lands the perfect jump, it is years after years of dedication, blood and sweat that makes them do it. They understand that somewhere in the world there is someone practicing as hard or even harder than them to fight for the same end goal. Same thing goes down in business, if you do not make yourself better everyday, know that there will be always someone out there reading one more book, shacking one more hand, sending one more email. If you (honestly) do everything you can within your power to succeed there is no other alternative but to succeed, you will win by default. Your work ethic alone will take you there. Be the person that outwork, never be outworked.

One that thing I’m learning is to take in consideration is what people think about me or really care what they say about me behind my back. I mean wow! how can I go on with my day knowing that people that I don’t care about or even actually know might laugh at my goals. “LOL” Sounds ridiculous right? Listen guys whoever is ride or die for you will always support your most outrageous goals, they will hold you accountable when you slip off, they will pick you up when you fall. Anybody else not supporting your goals can just kick rocks. The reason why someone will say you cannot do something is because they cannot do it themselves. If you are really good at something promote your trait, help develop others, promote yourself. You are you own brand and your best marketing, if you cannot hype yourself up who the f*ck else will? Hyping your self (and backing it up with actions) will only make you noticed. That will open opportunities for career developments, partnerships, business adventures. Please, please do not be intimidated about other people’s thoughts, find out what you are good at, redesign yourself about it, make yourself your biggest brand representative!

Many people confuse their feelings with their personality. These are two completely different things.
People might care about you, but honestly nobody gives a f**k about your feelings. I know it sounds harsh but this is the reality. Not getting the job done because of your feelings it is a bulls**t excuse that nobody will ever respect. Not your boss, not your partners, not your clients, definitely not the market. Learn how to control your feelings/emotions and not be an emotional rollercoaster when you need to bring your A game to the table. Put some gangster rap on, throw that bomb lipstick and get s**t done, you've got this!

If not for you do it for her. You have an obligation to be successful, to provide to your family!

You being a lazy f**k piece of s**t today is only making the future of the ones you love harder.

Be the person you want your kids to become.

What we do when nobody is watching is what is going to count at the end. Most people in society just try to stay under the radar long enough to clock out and guarantee their hours for the day. This s**t is not going to fly in entrepreneurship, you need to go in and you need to go all in all the time! While building a team I'm learning to expect my team to actually do 75-85% of the effort I put in the business. The reason why is because nobody will ever going to be passionate abour your vision like yourself, it is your f*cking vision! That is the main reason we should create a partnership instead of boss/employee relationship. Now if you are not putting 100% in even when not supervised and your team will put as little as 75% of your mediocre effort, where will you end up? Doing the s**t you don't want to do when you do not want to do is what separates the side of america that employe people and the one that are employed.
