Beautiful Bride!!!!

This past week actually this past year has been one for the books. Being closed because of the coronavirus then finally being able to see our amazing customers to then a tropical storm where we lost power for 5 days!!! Thank you to our amazing clients you all rock your patience and understanding has been inspiring to us!!!! And yes we worked in the dark!!!!! We love you all!!!! To Our Valued Customers at Mirror Image,
With the Mid-Hudson Region in Phase 1, we are happy to say we are in line to reopen in Phase 2.
There will be a number of guidelines that we will have to follow to keep you, your family, and our families safe and healthy.
Our Guidelines:
All hairdressers will be wearing face masks at all times.
Stations and chairs will be disinfected after each client leaves the hair salon as well as the front desk area.
Dividers have been placed between each station and at the front desk.
Magazines / hair styling books have been disposed.
Beverages (coffee and water cooler) are not available for service.
Client Guidelines:
All clients must wear a mask.
Clients must have an appointment. Be sure when you make an appointment you ask for all services you want, we cannot add services upon your arrival.
Only one person per appointment unless medically necessary or if a child is receiving the service.
You must wait in your car or outside if you are early for your appointment-a hairdresser will es**rt you when ready. It’s important you are punctual.
Please if you are not feeling well, have any symptoms of cold of flu CANCEL your appointment as well as if you have been in contact with anyone who has had a cold or flu like symptoms in the last 14 days.
The number of belongings you bring into the salon is limited. Anything you bring will have to be kept with you at all times. We know that everyone is eager to come back, and that everyone wants to be first in line! We promise we will get to everyone as soon as possible and we will begin with those who had an appointment canceled due to the closure. We will be reaching out to everyone by the end of this week to reschedule appointments. Thank you to our Mirror Image Family for your patience and loyalty during this time. We can't wait to see you all!

We are open!!!!! We are closely monitoring information from our local officials, the Department of Health and the CDC to ensure that we are doing our part to help minimize the spread of the novel Coronavirus and keep our guests, family, and staff safe. Our health matters too so we ask if you or someone at home are not feeling well and showing any flu like symptoms or COVID-19 symptoms that you take the time to reschedule your appointment. Kindly know that keeping our guests, families, and staff is always a priority. With these protocols in place and with your help we will do our best to prevent the spread of this virus and any other illness. Here are some of our cleaning, disinfection, and hygiene strategies: -We are disinfecting the surfaces, sinks, door handles, chairs, working tools and checkout are multiple times a day. -We are washing our hands frequently throughout the day & using hand sanitizer between washings.
