Grow up? Never! Me and Josh started brewing in January of 2009 after I received a brewing kit for Christmas (thanks Laura).
What she thought would be a fad turned out to be a weekly routine, brewing, bottling, kegging, drinking, barbecuing, throwing parties, and being merry for the past 3 years.

last year my parents planted some hops that I got from a grower from our home brew club. it was great to see vines climbing their pool deck, but unfortunately the hops just didn't yield last year.
based on how sturdy and healthy they're looking so early on, it's safe to say that we're going to have some homegrown hops to use this fall! look at those babies!
DO NOT let Corporate America tell you which beer you like! If billions of dollars went into quality ingredients instead of advertising, we wouldn't be in this mess with p**s water. Do yourself a "flavor" and TRY microbrewed beer.
