3 months of hard work and consistency πͺπ½
Percy works ridiculous hours a week in finance and still manages to complete his workouts with 100% effort AND stick to the diet plan I created for him. These are the results in just 12 weeks.
His main focus was losing weight around his midsection and adding muscle mass.
This transformation is not complete just yet, but I needed to spotlight all his hard work! Well done Percy!
