New Port Richey looking to extend pedestrian-friendly Railroad Square Park Railroad Square Park officially reopened to the public after eith months of construction reshaped the district into a more walkable gathering space and transforming a portion of Nebraska Avenue into expanded pedestrian areas with seating and room for outdoor activity.
