Colonial Hills Civic Association is a Not for Profit Corporation.

The Corporation was founded in 1969 and is organized exclusively for social welfare purposes within the meaning of section 501(c) (4) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 or the corresponding provision of any future United State Internal Revenue law. More specifically, the Corporation is organized for the purpose of improving, developing and beautifying the Pasco County Florida Colonial Hills area

Colonial Hills Christmas Light Fight!
Colonial Hills Civic Assoc. (CHCA) is sponsoring its Sixth Annual Christmas Light and Decorations Contest to share a little joy and cheer for the season! Trophy’s and Cash prizes will be awarded for the most Holiday Spirit.
Who can participate? Any household in Colonial Hills that is feeling festive and decorates their home with Holiday lights and decorations.
Judging will be completed by Sunday Dec. 21, 2025 by the CHCA Board of Directors and select Judges. No Colonial Hills Civic Assoc. Board Member or judges will be eligible to compete.
Prizes will be awarded the week of Christmas and announced on Nextdoor.

SANDBAGS AVAILABLE: In anticipation of heavy rains Thursday, April 11, Pasco County has self-serve sandbag locations open to help protect your property from potential flooding:

📍 Magnolia Valley Golf Course, 7223 Massachusetts Ave., NPR

Additionally, Pasco County will be opening:

📍 Veterans Memorial Park, Hicks Road north of Hudson Ave

PORT RICHEY ONLY: As a precaution, for residents in low-lying, flood prone areas, sandbags are available at City Hall (near the entrance to the Police Department) 6333 Ridge Road, Port Richey.

Please Note: Sandbags are self serve, so please be sure to bring your own shovel. Empty bags are located inside the Police Department. Limit 10 sandbags per City resident.

Don’t be the dealer! Clear out your old, unneeded or unused medications! Pasco Sheriff’s Office will host DEA Prescription Take Back events in two locations on Saturday, April 27 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Please note: no sharps or liquids will be accepted at this event.
