I got here on my birthday October 2nd 2024 with my dear friend that bought a house here. Several months before he asked me if I was willing to do this for him and I agreed. This took about 5 months ( with a few visits back home ) but , this is the first full remodeling project I’ve done by myself. Demo, structural framing ,bathrooms, kitchen , flooring….etc. I literally gutted an entire house , reconfigured the floor plan and rebuilt it all by myself . This has built more confidence into myself and doing this for nearly 30 years. Thank you David for believing in me and for the opportunity to turn your house into a home ❤️

One of our most complicated bathroom remodel we did for an NBA player . We had to remove a window and hire a crane in order to bring in the custom built shoe shelves . I think it turned out pretty awesome 😎
