Benchmark Construction is NOT affiliated with the "Benchmark Subsurface Utility Services Company" that is around Tuscarawas County. They are a surveying company that is based in Virginia.

They have been in our area sometime now surveying for oil & gas companies.

They leave yard signs, park in driveways, off the side of the road, etc. Their logo and colors are Black and Gold, See the pics. below.

Benchmark Construction colors are Black, Red and White with our logo on our name.

We receive about 2-4 calls a week from people complaining about this company and the signs they leave, the parking they do, the mess in yards they leave, etc. We just want all to know this is not our company and we are sorry they are intruding on your property.
