Schools closing and having to stay home for a bit..we don’t have any choice about this as it’s the best way to keep everyone vulnerable safe but something we have total control over is how we deal with it. We will be posting tips of how to look after your mental health over the next couple of weeks/months and remember we are all in this together. Just because you can’t physically be with people does not mean you’re alone. In fact I feel we are more connected than ever right now.
