Today marks two years of your transition from this life to the next...I still remember receiving the phone call that forever changed my life...🥲.I miss you Alycia Ziegler...💖 and GURL you still live in my house rent free....there are beautiful reminders of our friendship sprinkled through out my space.

This was a beautiful and touching program…that honored our trans/non-binary/gender expansive siblings. Very appreciative of the partnership between outCT and All Souls Unitarian Universalist Congregation New London that made this night so warm and loving.... Day 5 ..:I won the social media challenge and was able to snag some swag…I picked this awesome water bottle. It will remind me to take care of my body by drinking water AND serve as a wonderful reminder of my time at the institute 💕.

Day 4 at the Cape Cod Institute ended with Spotlight Counseling LLC’s owner Lenny Adams and I going to see Inside Out 2 (which is a wonderful depiction of the Internal Family Systems model) then we enjoyed a tasty meal at The Lost Dog, Orleans Ma.

After a day of IFS for me and EFT for Lenny Adams at the Cape Cod Institute we tapped into our creative side and made art at Truro Vineyard paint and sip.

Excited to learn a different component of Internal Family Systems at CCI…looking forward to a great week!

I enjoyed guiding the conversation at Sound Community Services, Inc Lunch and Learn today.

Chevelle Moss-Savage will be the keynote speaker at the 7th Annual Lavender Graduation. Join her on April 25th from 6:00pm-8:00pm in the F117 Multipurpose Room located at Three Rivers Community College.

Tea and talk will be held in the Multipurpose Room at Three Rivers Community College on Thursday March 7th from 11:30am-1:00pm.

Last week I facilitated a program at CT State Three Rivers entitled “Behind the Mask” as a part of “Love on You Month”. We engaged in a craft and painted the outside of the mask illustrating our “Ideal Self” and the inside showing our “Real Self” we chatted about incongruences that abound when the two selves don’t align.
