From that old.leaky busted down vanity..... to new supply and waste and new vanity

It was a good feeling to use the skills I have learned for over 40 years to help this lady. The block wall caved in due to water issues. So we tore out the old sidewalk, tore down the existing blocks, dug the dirt back to replace the wall with new ones
Hauled all the dirt out in buckets (2 people took 1 hour and that my friends is called methods!). Installed washed gravel against the new wall and not dirt, graded the walkway and poured the walk way with 6k psi concrete from T.C. Redi Mix.

T.C Redi Mixdriver was top notch and professional and the concrete showed up right on time, Thanks to Ricky Carna and his team of professionals!

Well its official! After taking 2 years exploring early retirement after 40 plus years doing home repairs. I am super bored now. So i am back at doing what I love.

Fully insured and registered with the state again.

We r adding a punch list service for those many minor repairs that get overlooked also.

We will be serving the counties of Lawrence, Mercer, Cranberry twsp and parts of Pittsburgh.

My daughter Samantha Burke working with her flight instructor Josselyn Elizabeth Slagle recieved 11k grant the Ray Aviation Scholarship program to take.her to the next level of her quest to become a pilot. Oh don't forget to show up at Airplanes and Automobiles event Aug 24th at the Newcastle airport, Josselyn and all her volunteers have been working super hard to get this going again since 2017. Come up and check out all the planes, cars and food ! It's a FREE event to come have some fun take a helicopter or plane ride !

Damaged rim hoist/sill plate repairs. Jack roof up to release pressure and get to work !

Just finished up this bathroom in Newcastle Saturday. Now on to other things like sill plate repairs, kitchen remodel, some in floor radiant heating !
