New Castle Public Library

This morning we also had our first 'Toniepalooza' program, where we had fun making crafts and giving out free goodies that were generously provided by the tonies company. Thank you all for joining us!!

We had so much fun today during our annual summer music program with Mr. Bill from We Kids Rock! Thank you to Bill and all the families who joined us and made this morning extra special! 😁

Reminder: we will not be having Outdoor Storytime this Friday, but we hope to see you next week on the 26th instead!

Join us inside next week on Tuesday June 23 for an interactive music program by the performers of 'We Kids Rock'!

Our regular indoor Tuesday Storytime will continue the following week on June 30.

Summer is fast approaching, and so is our popular summer program "Library on the Loose!"

"Library on the Loose!" is a once-monthly outreach event at Battery Park that provides community families with food, hygiene products, school supplies (August event only), library resources, and so much more during the summer months.

We need your help! We are looking for NEW hygiene products and school supplies for our drive - all items will be provided to families this summer!

Items can be dropped off (Now - August) at the New Castle Public Library (donation bin is located in the back lobby near the bulletin board) and at M&T Bank on Delaware St.

We're so proud to be a part of Prime Time Family Reading through Delaware Humanities! We'll be hosting a new session this coming Fall and can't wait to welcome families back to this wonderful program. ❤️
