First arriving units reported smoke showing.

On Wednesday, March 11th, 2026 crews from the Brandywine Hundred Fire Company No.1, Claymont Fire Company, Talleyville Fire Company, Minquadale Fire Company, Station 22, Five Points Fire Company, Lower Chichester Volunteer Fire Company, Holloway Terrace Fire Co. and the New Castle County Paramedics responded to the 1400 block of River Road for a residential fire. Engine 11 arrived on scene with fire showing.

On Saturday, February 14th, 2026 crews from the Five Points Fire Company, Elsmere Fire Company No.1, Mill Creek Fire Company - Stations 2&21, Belvedere Fire Company, Cranston Heights Fire Company, and the Wilmington Manor Fire Company responded to the 400 block of North Dupont Road for a residential fire in the 1700 grid. First units on scene arrived with smoke showing.
