A large police presence at Wilmington Hospital - Unconfirmed reports that two people may have been shot - Police are currently searching for reported shooter(s) in several parts of the city. The hospital is on lockdown.

“ Mayor John F. Klingmeyer stands on the pier in Old New Castle that the city hopes to renovate so tall ships can dock there, making a waterfront tourist attraction. I! the three-week project gets the go-ahead, renovation could begin in early April.
