Rolling out dumplings can be entertaining. I do a little "cloud" watching while doing it meaning I find different shapes in the rolled out dumpling dough. Today I saw the state of Florida, a Christmas stocking, a flying bat and an old woman's face. After 16 batches of dumplings I have to find something to keep me going.
