Many of our guests ask for recommendations for local restaurants. There are a lot of good places to eat in the New Castle, PA area.
Here is a short list of restaurants based on feedback from our guests and our own personal recommendations. This list is not inclusive and will be updated regularly.

Every event we do at the BellaDonna Inn has a themed menu to go with it. This menu was created for the Murder Mystery we are doing here on November 5th. This event has been sold out but we're posting it as an example of what you might expect to eat at one of our events. This menu takes into account any special dietary requirements and allergies that our guests have told us about....

Our Story
The BellaDonna Inn is located in the heart of the North Hill Historic District in New Castle, PA. Only a short walk from downtown and the Hoyt and just steps from the Lawrence County Historic Society and the Scottish Rites Cathedral.
The house was built in 1882 by John C. Wallace, a prominent pharmacist, merchant and FreeMason. The home remained in the Wallace family for over 100 Years. Currently we are in the process of renovating the house for use as a Bed and Breakfast (almost there!) with an emphasis on healthy living. We will offer a full gourmet breakfast daily featuring fresh, in season ingredients, organic and locally sourced whenever possible. We host Victorian teas and murder mystery dinners quarterly, with many other events yet to be announced.
The first floor is an event center and is available for private parties, meetings and other activities. Tin City Caters, our in house caterer, is available for all your affairs, on or off the premises. Our menu features all your traditional favorites prepared in a healthy and delicious way. We specialize in custom catering, we will sit down with you and prepare an intriguing menu solely for you, based on your event and requirements.
All Things Divine, our Wellness Center, located on the 3rd floor of the BellaDonna Inn is available to guests of the Inn as well as the general public, by appointment only. Featuring Reiki Treatments, Massage, Aromatherapy, Meditation, Chakra Opening, Ayurveda, Reflexology, Dry Sauna, etc. We will be offering “Cleanse” weekends soon.
