NCCC Building Trades

NCCC Building Trades has our annual open house Wednesday 5/13/15 from 3-8pm. 1120 Broad Street. Hope to see you there!

NC-Building Trades is on a 2hr delay. Classes are at 10 am & 12:45pm. Be ready then.

The crew doing some hard work on the remodel project at 1120 Broad street. Saw cutting concrete for the new stair location and adding rebar for supporting the new concrete floor.

Concrete poured, basement framing done. First floor decking down, first floor framing almost completed too.

Building Trades 1st year students need to bring headphones to class tomorrow for OSHA training!!

It was a busy Spring for NCCC Building Trades! Partway through summer and a new project lined up for the 14-15 school year! More details to come but its going to be fun!

Big update! Upstairs almost done! Should be able to start painting on main level on Monday! Tile, LED lights, ceiling fans, paint, trim, doors, closet shelving... and much more!

A big update! Drywall going up. Plumbing and HVAC rough in complete. Electrical rough in complete. Newel posts going in and very solid! Drywall finishers have upstairs almost done! Starting paint next week! Trim for upstairs being delivered soon!!

Don't forget the New Castle Career Center Open House TONIGHT from 6-8pm The Building Trades Open House is at the Building site. Hope to see you all there!

The spaghetti bowl of wires is slowly becoming organized. Hoping weather improves so the students can actually work!
