Just doing a short day run today. Richmond, IN to Danville,IL

Today is my mom‘s birthday. Unfortunately I can’t celebrate it with her because she’s no longer here. When my grandparents passed away, I didn’t think I could feel a pain like that but when my mom passed away, that was a pain I never knew existed. I miss her phone calls every morning just to make sure that I’m OK out on the road.
I love you, mom and I can’t wait to see you again beyond those Golden gates .

Proud to announce that Hays Pilot Car Services has a new pilot Es**rt. My son, Travis Hays, is now running Chase. He’s still a little wet behind the ears, but he’s doing a fantastic job.
