Finally, some of you may have noted the proposal for the Huntington bank building doing a very similar project with mixed use apartments on the upper floors and retail on the lower floors with the same amenities we are offering now.

We are supportive of this project, and while it will take some time to come to fruition, just thinking about all of the new restaurants and business that will follow the increased downtown residential activity should only encourage further excitement about the revitalization of the New Castle downtown!
