4 week 2 bed room rental renovation . Replaced most of wiring in kitchen pulled new 220 outlet for stove wired and installed 6 new can less can lights replaced all the trim put in new kitchen to garage entry door installed new used cabinents , installed ne butcher block counter tops with butcher backsplash and installed new flooring in kitchen, office, master bedroom, small bedroom and upstairs hallway as well as installed 2 new doors for both bedrooms and new throughout whole house.

Handicap accessible shower just completed

Interior painting walls, trim, ceilings, doors and closets. Drywall repair from mold and stud repairs rotted from moisture and mold. Added access panel and shut off valves for shower and did some California dry wall patches where fixtures were taken out and replaced or relocated

Built door for Customer to fit her door opening because it was smaller then is sold at the lowes or home depot built frame and everything from ground up.

Jamal soubra shed had one set of doors on outside fence customer wanted another set of doors on inside of fence so I cut a hole in the back of the shed framed it in and made to barn style doors to match the front
